The Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) West is proud to announce the appointment of Kevin Hill as Commissioner and Nick Thomas as Vice President of Lacrosse Operations.

The ALL West, a four-team minor lacrosse league which plays out of Langley Events Centre, enters its next phase of growth with the addition of Hill and Thomas, both of whom bring extensive experience and passion for the game.

Kevin Hill

Hill, a long-time figure in Canadian lacrosse, will serve as Commissioner, overseeing league operations, team relations, and the continued development of the ALL West. His leadership will help strengthen the league’s profile as a vital pathway for players aspiring to reach the professional level.

Joining him is Thomas, who assumes the role of Vice President of Lacrosse Operations. Thomas brings a wealth of lacrosse knowledge, along with proven leadership in player development and officiating, ensuring that the ALL West continues to set high standards on and off the floor.

Both Hill and Thomas have more than 35 years involvement in the sport in a variety of roles.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kevin and Nick to the ALL West leadership team,” said Paul St. John, the president of the Arena Lacrosse League. “Both are respected within the lacrosse community and bring the vision, expertise, and commitment needed to grow our league and provide players with the best opportunity to showcase their talent.”

“I am honoured to take on the role of Commissioner of the ALL West,” said Hill. “This league is an important part of the lacrosse landscape, and I look forward to working with our teams, players, and partners to continue building opportunities for growth and success.”

Nick Thomas

“I’m excited to join the ALL West in this leadership role,” said Thomas. “The league has already established itself as a key steppingstone for players, and I look forward to helping elevate both the competition and the experience for everyone involved.”

The fifth season of the ALL West begins on November 5 with each of the four teams playing a 12-game schedule and the regular season concluding on January 17.
