Arena Lacrosse League East Power Rankings - Week Fourteen

The Arena Lacrosse League East Power Rankings after Week Fourteen:
1. Brampton Express (10-4) ⬆️1
The Express were still missing five starters in this week's game, but put together a solid victory over a very talented Ohsweken squad. They have a put the league on notice, they are the team to beat!
2. Whitby Steelhawks (9-5) ⬇️1
The Steelhawks dropped their second straight game. Although they want to have momentum heading into the playoffs, this team is talented and savvy enough to play big when it matters most. I expect to see this team bring their "A" game into the playoffs.
3. Peterborough Timbermen (8-6) ---
The Timbermen peaked at the perfect time of the season. John St. John has been everything they were looking for. He has been able to mesh beautifully with Cam Milligan, Aaron Woods, Zach Thompson, and Geoff McNulty. The tandem of Kaleb Martin and Jackson Hainer in net are as strong as any combination of goalies in the league.
4. Six Nations Snipers (7-7) ⬆️ 1
This version of the Snipers of the last few weeks I've waited for all season. Strong offense, tight defense, with steady goaltending. This team is talented enough to knock off anyone in the league. Don't take them lightly!
5. Toronto Monarchs (7-7) ⬆️ 1
The Monarchs have had a rough go of it the last number of weeks. This week showed how good they can be. The defense was on point, and Sam Haines was superb against an explosive Whitby team. With Tanner Cook, Cody Innes, Riley Ford, Patrick Thomson, and Ty Jesso firing on all cylinders, they will be a tough team to beat in the playoffs.
6. Ohsweken Bears (7-7) ⬇️ 2
Even though they weren't able to beat the Brampton Express this past weekend, the last month has shown how strong this team can be. Led by Eddie Renaud, Shane Halliwell, and Xander De La Ronde, this team has steadily gotten stronger throughout the season. If there is an upset in the making, look for the Bears to orchestrate it.
7. Oshawa Outlaws (5-9) ---
A transitional year for the Outlaws. Gone is the leadership and offense of John St. John. This opens up space for Luke Laskiewicz, Zach Terry, Cole Hanrahan, and Gareth Haigh to become the next leader of the Outlaws. With a strong draft, they will be contending in no time.
8. Paris RiverWolves (3-11) ---
This season has been long and frustrating. From short benches to heart breaking losses, this team has shown it has a lot of character. The nucleus is young, talented, and strong. With a good draft, this team will be in the hunt quickly.
