Arena Lacrosse League Appoints Victoria Howard as ALL West Commissioner

The Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) is proud to announce the appointment of Victoria Howard as the new ALL West Commissioner. Howard brings extensive leadership experience within the lacrosse community, currently serving as Chair of Pacific Coast Field Lacrosse and previously serving as President of the Abbotsford Lacrosse Association.
With a strong passion for lacrosse and a commitment to building the sport for future generations, Howard steps into the role focused on strengthening opportunities for athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and communities across the league.
“My journey in lacrosse has provided me with valuable leadership experience at both the association and regional levels,” said Howard. “I believe the best organizations are built through collaboration, innovation, and a willingness to continually learn and improve. I bring that growth mindset to the ALL, along with a genuine passion for the sport and a desire to help create a strong, sustainable future for arena lacrosse.”
Throughout her involvement in the sport, Howard has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of community engagement, player development, volunteer support, and growing participation in lacrosse. As Chair of Pacific Coast Field Lacrosse, she continues to advocate for opportunities that advance the game and support its long-term success.
ALL President Paul St. John expressed confidence in Howard's ability to lead the league's western operations. “Victoria brings a passion with her that most can’t rival,” said St. John. “Operating a league of this magnitude where players and officials have the opportunity to be promoted to the National Lacrosse League is no easy undertaking. There are high expectations from everyone involved; players, coaches, officials, the venue, you name it. You have to be hands-on, proactive and reactive when situations arise that can be challenging. Victoria has met these challenges prior in lacrosse and in her personal work life and has been very successful.”
Howard is eager to begin this new chapter and work alongside all stakeholders to continue elevating arena lacrosse. “I am excited to begin this next chapter with the Arena Lacrosse League and look forward to working with players, teams, coaches, officials, volunteers, fans, and partners to grow the league, strengthen the sport, and elevate the game we all love.”
