ALL East Week 7 Power Rankings
ALL East Week 7 Power Rankings:
1. Whitby Steelhawks (5-1):
With a convincing win over the Paris RiverWolves, Whitby moves back in the number one position. This coming week the Steelhawks are facing the struggling Brampton Express. They need to make sure they don't overlook this team.
2. Paris RiverWolves (4-1):
The pressure is off with their first loss of the season. A minor blip in the road. A big test will come this week as they play the hottest team in the league the Oshawa Outlaws,who are on a four game winning streak.
3. Oshawa Outlaws (4-2):
Another big win, and another good showing from all aspects. The Outlaws are the hottest team in the league. Another huge test is coming next week when they face the Paris RiverWolves on Saturday. Will they continue their ascent to the top of the rankings.
4. Peterborough Timbermen (4-2):
The Timbermen have been very impressive offensively. However, if they want to get to the next level, they will need to get stingier on defense.
5. Toronto Monarchs (2-4):
The Monarchs finally got back in the win column edging out the Ohsweken Bears 12 -11. They play the Snipers this week, and need to make sure this goes in the win column to move up in the rankings.
6. Ohsweken Bears (2-3):
The Bears have fallen on some hard times dropping their last two games. This week's task isn't any easier facing the Peterborough Timbermen. The teams match-up well, and should be quite an entertaining game.
7. Brampton Express (1-4):
The Express have been struggling for a while. The last four weeks have had them lose three lopsided games, and have one game postponed. This week they face the Whitby Steelhawks. They will need to play the game of the year if they hope to right the ship.
8.Six Nations Snipers (0-5):
The Snipers have shown moments of greatness, but also have had mental lapses that have cost them games. This past week they showed they can put up a lot of goals on the board. As soon as they can remain focused for a full 60 minutes, they will start putting games in the win column.
