2019 ALL Rookie of the Year - Luke Pilcher

by Lance Winn

The Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) in partnership with Baron Rings would like to congratulate Luke Pilcher of the Whitby Steelhawks as the 2019 ALL Rookie Of The Year.

In his first season in the ALL, Luke notched 29 goals, (including two five-goal games) and pocketed 20 assists for an impressive 49 points in 12 regular season games. He was instrumental in the Steelhawks lineup throughout the year, spending time at both ends of the carpet while sharing powerplay and man short duties.

"Luke earned this award. He put in a ton of work this season from start to finish," stated Head Coach and GM Brad MacArthur. "We took him in the draft (2nd round, 14th overall pick) with an eye to his raw talent and work ethic. He did a great job and although he'll deflect credit to his teammates that's just a character reflection of this young man."

Luke will receive a commemorative ring courtesy of Baron Rings, the official ring supplier of the ALL.
